Ichimoku Cloud Analysis 16.09.2011 (GBP/USD, USD/CAD)

Analysis for September 16^th, 2011

GBP/USD

GBPUSD, Time Frame Н4 – Kijun-Sen and Senkou Span A are directed downwards, Tenkan-Sen and Senkou Span B are horizontal, Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen are moving closer to each other, Ichimoku Cloud is still going down. Chinkou Lagging Span is below the chart, Tenkan-Sen is showing resistance, Hammer candlestick is being formed. In the near term, we can expect the price to move downwards and try to fix itself in the channel between Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen.



GBPUSD, Time Frame Н1 – Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen intersected above Kumo Cloud forming “Dead Cross” and now are moving away from each other, Senkou Spans A and B are moving upwards. Chinkou Lagging Span is above the chart. In the near term, we can expect support of Senkou Span A, and the price to continue falling down.

USD/CAD

USDCAD, Time Frame Н4 – Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen intersected forming “Dead Cross” (1), Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen are horizontal. Kumo Cloud is still going up, Senkou Span A is horizontal, and Senkou Span B turned upwards. Chinkou Lagging Span crossed black candlestick and is below the chart, the price is below Tenkan-Sen inside Kumo Cloud. In the near term, we can expect support of Senkou Span B, and the price to continue falling down.



USDCAD, Time Frame Н1 – Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen intersected below Kumo Cloud forming “Dead Cross” (1), Tenkan-Sen is directed upwards, and Kijun-Sen is directed downwards. Kumo Cloud is going down (2), Senkou Span A is moving downwards, and Senkou Span B is horizontal. Chinkou Lagging Span is above the chart, but is moving towards it, the price is in the channel between Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen. In the near term, we can expect the price to move upwards and resistance of Kijun-Sen.
